By creating an account or using AurumVault ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto-asset services in your jurisdiction.

AurumVault offers crypto-denominated investment plans whose returns depend on market performance. Returns are variable and are not guaranteed.

Crypto investments carry significant risk, including the possible loss of your entire deposit. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult a licensed professional before investing.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the referral program.

Deposits are credited only after the transaction is confirmed on-chain and reviewed by our team. Always send funds to the official wallet address shown in your dashboard.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and processed to the wallet address you provide. You are responsible for providing a correct address; transactions to a wrong address cannot be reversed.

Processing times may vary depending on network congestion and review volume.

Each plan has a stated duration, minimum and maximum amount, and a target return. Target returns are estimates based on market performance and may be lower or higher in practice.

Funds committed to an active plan are locked until the plan's end date.

You may share your personal referral link. A referral is counted when a new user registers through your link and the registration is confirmed.

Referral rewards, when offered, are credited at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and abuse will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account termination.

You may not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity illegal in your jurisdiction or in the United States.

We may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and freeze related funds where legally required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AurumVault is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, market losses, or losses caused by blockchain network failures, forks, or third-party services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
